After selecting 4 action items via the link in the email, you will receive your Action Plan and an invite to your dedicated Asamson+ Career Hub to track progress throughout the year.
No. The CRT does not rewrite or edit your CV. Its purpose is to give you targeted feedback on how to strengthen your employability profile, similar to what you would get in a one-hour mentorship session – but delivered in about 10 minutes.
No. The CRT only analyses your CV to generate advice. Do not attach a cover letter.
No. Membership to the Asamson+ ecosystem is included in the cost of using the CRT.
One-on-one training is merit-based. You need to proactively complete all items in your Action Plan. For example, if you have completed everything and need interview training, the Asamson team will provide such support.
Asamson only retains your CV, gap analysis report, and Action Plan. This information is used solely to guide your development and provide better support throughout the year.
1 year. Membership is calculated from the 1st of the month immediately after you submit your CV and runs for 12 months.

The CRT is AI-powered and assesses each CV independently. It considers the detail of your CV, skills, strengths, weaknesses, and responses to pre-screening. It does not compare your CV to your friend’s, but rather measures you against employer expectations in the legal sector.
No. Only PDF format is accepted. Ensure your PDF has OCR (i.e., text can be selected and copied). Scanned PDFs will not be read by the CRT.
